Ingredients

• 1 cup Garelick Farms milk
• 1 cup fat-free or lowfat chocolate frozen yogurt
• 2 regular or reduced fat sandwich cookies (such as Oreos^®)

Directions

Combine Garelick Farms milk and frozen yogurt in a blender until smooth. Crumble in sandwich cookies and blend. Serve and enjoy.
