Ingredients

1 12-ounce can evaporated skim milk (1-1/2 cups) 
2 teaspoons cornstarch 
Dash ground red pepper 
1/2 cup frozen peas (loosely packed) 
1 egg yolk 
1 8-ounce package frozen, lobster-flavored, salad-style fish, thawed 
3 tablespoons Garelick Farms Milk 
2 teaspoons lemon juice 
1 package (4) refrigerated crescent rolls, baked


Directions

In a saucepan combine milk, cornstarch, and ground red pepper. Stir in peas. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Gradually stir half of milk mixture into the egg yolk; return egg mixture to pan. Cook and stir until bubbly. Reduce heat. Cook 2 minutes more. Add fish. Stir in Garelick Farms Milk and lemon juice; heat through. If necessary, thin with a little milk. Spoon over rolls (use 3 rolls, 3 servings-can be served as a whole or on individual plates). Sprinkle with snipped chives, if desired. Makes 3 servings.
